the client wanted to take this existing 1950’s home and completely gut it and start fresh. our team was tasked with laying out the new spaces and obtaining permits from the city of seattle. large picture windows were added to the second floor to highlight the views of lake washington. the first floor was reconfigured to include a family room, bedroom, bathroom, laundry and access to the garage. the second floor includes a second smaller bedroom, the master suite, living room, and kitchen.
