the client needed to downsize their offices and chose our team to remodel their new office space. downsizing from 18,000 sf to 9,000 sf, we had to create a layout that allowed them to still feel comfortable in the space, but utilize every inch and create functional spaces throughout. we took their company branding as a basis for the design, using wood, steel, and pops of red throughout.
