skagit pud hired our team at driftmier to analyze and design their new admin office building. our team worked on gathering data to determine the size and needs of their existing team and also to plan for future growth. a new 23,000 building houses their administrative offices, engineering department, customer service, i.t., and finance department. the exterior of the building utilizes brick to tie into skagit’s historical buildings through town. for the interiors, we wanted to keep the space bright and light filled with pops of color in the flooring and on accent walls throughout. a warm chestnut wood will be used from front to back in the space to add warmth and tie into the pnw vibes.
